Terms and Conditions

Nachle Entertainments requires you to pay a deposit of exactly half the overall DJ Hire sum on the day of contract signing.
If the hirer decides to cancel the hire of Nachle Entertainments after 2 weeks of signing the contract, the deposit is then belonging to Nachle Entertainments and will not be refunded to the hirer. However, if the cancellation is made before 2 weeks from contract signing then the deposit shall be returned in full to the hirer, and if the cancellation is within 7 days prior to the contracted event date it will then be the hirer that will pay the full balance to Nachle Entertainments. Any resistance to this payment shall be settled via legal actions.

The second half of the overall payment to Nachle Entertainments shall be presented to Harpz G (a.k.a. Harpal Singh), via bank transfer or cash 1 week prior to show. If the payment is not received on time, then Nachle Entertainments have the ability to cancel booking made.
If the final payment has not been paid to Nachle Entertainments 1 week prior to show, then an additional charge of £50 per day (1 week prior to show) will be paid by the hirer to Nachle Entertainments on the day of show.

Nachle Entertainments have the right to pack up all equipment and belongings that they own and leave the venue of event if any trouble is to kick off which seems therefore unacceptable for performing conditions by Harpz G, or any staff of Nachle Entertainments. If there is any resistance, arguments or physical violence that is displayed to Nachle Entertainments members or equipment, then Nachle Entertainments have the ability to carry out legal actions or otherwise contact the police and our security staff to attend the event to collect the equipment. Nachle Entertainments also reserves the right not to perform under any circumstances at no financial loss to itself. Therefore the hirer agrees to pay the full contracted booking charge on the day of the event. Any resistance to this payment shall be settled via legal actions.

If any accidents occur during an event or if there is any reason that Nachle Entertainments cannot perform, Nachle Entertainments have the right to leave the venue and shall not be held responsible, and no legal actions against Nachle Entertainments will be carried out.

If throughout the event there is any equipment that belongs to Nachle Entertainments (Harpz G – aka Harpal Singh) is damaged or stolen, then the hirer who has signed the contract of the event shall hold the responsibility to pay the full payment asked by Nachle Entertainments which will be needed to either have the equipment replaced or repaired. If this payment in not received to Nachle Entertainments within 14 days of receiving the bill for the damaged goods, then Nachle Entertainments are rightfully entitled to carry out legal actions in which the hirer shall receive an additional £1000 fine in addition to the payment required to have the equipment replaced or repaired.

If at any time throughout the event, the DJ Hire exceeds the contracted finishing time of the event, then there will be a sub charge of £50 per hour, and the overall extra charge must be paid to Nachle Entertainments in full on at the event. If this extra charge is not received by Nachle Entertainments, then Nachle Entertainments are entitled to legal actions, and hold the right to pack up all equipment and leave the venue without any abuse or hassle from the hirer or his/her guests.

It is Nachle Entertainments that has the ability to terminate any agreements and the booking at any time. If the hirer breaches any of the Terms & Conditions Hire Agreement that Nachle Entertainments have presented, or the contract termination is during the event, it is the hirer that is still required to pay the full overall charge stated by Nachle Entertainments on the contract.

Nachle Entertainments must have safe and easy accessible loading areas made available for equipment and personnel. If Nachle Entertainments are required to move any equipment up stairways, the hirer must pay an additional fee of £50 per floor level from the ground floor level.

It is the hirer that is solely responsible for any costs arising from any act, omission, neglect, injury, damage or loss caused by him/herself or any of his/her family, guests, attendees or service-providers to Nachle Entertainments or any person, persons or equipment.

Nachle Entertainments do not accept any proof of postage of any agreement, instruction or amendment as proof of delivery. It is this application that is acceptable only if fully completed and is returned with the required payment to Nachle Entertainments within fourteen days of the 'Date of Issue'. Nachle Entertainments hold the rights to reject any applications without obligation or requirements to give any reason or justification

Nachle Entertainments reserve the right to alter the Terms & Conditions of this agreement at any time as a result of any new legislation, statutory instruments, government or in-house regulations or licenses, and are able to make amendments to the standard Terms & Conditions of the stated agreement.

During any performance on the stage or performance area, shall be occupied and controlled by Nachle Entertainments and its members. It is vital that the hirer notifies Nachle Entertainments in writing of any other musical act, acts, or dance groups that will be performing on the same day. Nachle Entertainments will charge the hirer for the use of its equipment by any other acts. There will be a surcharge of £50 that will be paid to Nachle Entertainments by the hirer for each act/acts or groups.

A safe stage or performance area of no less than 5 meters from left to right and 2.5 meters from front to back is vitally required for Nachle Entertainments. A minimum of two double power points on a 30-amp mains ring are required on stage for use only by Nachle Entertainments.

There must be clean and private changing facilities available for Nachle Entertainments. A break for refreshments lasting for approximately fifteen minutes will be taken by members of Nachle Entertainments at a convenient time during the performance. It is the hirer that is responsible for ensuring that food and soft-drinks/drinking water is supplied to Nachle Entertainments and its members.

The venue which you choose to hold your event must be suitably licensed for such performances, and is solely the hirer’s responsibility.

The hire of Nachle Entertainments will mean that Nachle Entertainments must be in the building of the event by the hirers requested time, but one hour must be given prior before and after the event to Nachle Entertainments to set up any equipment from the initial booked time allocated by the hirer in the Nachle Entertainments agreement respectively.

If the name and full postal address details for a venue on the application are incorrect or omitted, and when subsequently the correct details are communicated to Nachle Entertainments the venue is deemed to be unsuitable for the purposes of Nachle Entertainments, then the booking will be immediately cancelled and the hirer will be notified in writing or via oral communication about the cancellation.

If the hirer of Nachle Entertainments is to order any pyrotechnics, then it is the hirer’s responsibility to notify the venue owner of such pyrotechnics being used on event. It is also the hirer’s responsibility to check to see if it is safe to use the pyrotechnics and if the event owner allows such effects. Nachle Entertainments are not responsible for any accidents or problems that may be caused by pyrotechnics and the hirer agrees full responsibility of the use of pyrotechnics. Nachle Entertainments are not responsible for contacting the owner of any venue of event, to find out whether the ordered pyrotechnics are suitable for that venue. This responsibility is the hirers and the hirers only.

On stage tips belong to Nachle Entertainments, in addition to the overall stage show price. However, the hirer can purchase the tips that are made on the evening for a charge of £150 in addition to the overall stage show price, on the day of contract signing, and before the event itself.

NOTE: Nachle Entertainments will not be blamed, if the tips made on the day of event are less then what the hirer paid to receive them. If the hirer is to lose out on this method, the hirer must still pay the full price agreed for the event, which includes any extra surcharges, which have come about due to the breaking of any of Terms and Conditions.
